哈哈哈，看了討論區的文章我簡直快笑死。
我從沒想過這一首會被拿來廣泛討論。

我原以為這只是在講梅爾哥遇到的感情問題，
對方因為家庭因素而不信任愛情，難搞又捉摸不定。
盡了自己所能給予卻發現沒有用，因為對方觀念已根深柢固，
而自己也清楚問題根源並非出於自己，而是對方家庭。

就異性戀者而言，有類似遭遇者相當能感同深受。
就平權主義者而言，強調並非只有女人感情豐富，且女人並非不堅強。
就同性主義者而言，梅爾哥在強調這種性別價值觀實在很不正確。

所以這首歌被冠為「大男人主義」與「性別歧視」的劣作。

也許以後沒有家庭這種概念又要怎麼想呢？
好比政府利用機器統一管理胚胎受孕，不需母體，單靠培養裝置成形。
至於教養上是公制，每個小孩大概只有生父母的這種想法。
要舉例的話，也就是星際效應(Interstella)的女博士去找第二個地球來延續人類種族的概念。

我個人認為不需要那麼嚴肅，這只是在說家庭功能的重要性。

一、這首我不是很愛，因為很民謠。
如今是想知道這首拿葛萊美的概念是什麼，而翻譯後才知道是歌詞感動過不少人。
另外平易近人的曲風，人人皆可傳唱，也是它能流行的原因之一吧。
